Best of Luxury Realty is seeking a part time/full time, trustworthy and dependable Administrative Office Assistant. Office hours are 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. The right candidate must be flexible with the work schedule and be able to stay longer and work weekends when needed. You will work alongside the Broker assisting with property listings, sale and lease contracts, property showings, client correspondence, calendar, and email management. Provide excellent customer service to clients, realtors and the public. Must be a Licensed Realtor and experience in real estate contracts, MLS, Form Simplicity, Dropbox, Adobe. Able to learn how to use transaction management software. Candidate must be ok with commuting to showings when needed.

Required Skills:

  • 1 to 2 years minimum experience in real estate contracts, forms, and leasing
  • Experience in Form Simplicity & DocuSign
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision
  • Computer savvy
  • Excellent writing/editing skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail

  • Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
