NOTICE AND PROCEDURE FOR MAKING CLAIMS OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
We respect the intellectual property of others and have established the following procedure for receiving notice of infringement in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).

Under Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(3)(A), the Notification of Claimed Infringement must be in writing and include the following:
- An electronic or physical signature of the owner or the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;
- Identification of the copyrighted work (or works) that you claim has been infringed;
- A description of the material that you claim is infringing, and the location, where the original or an authorization copy of the copyrighted work exists (for example, the URL of the page of the website where it is lawfully posted; the name, edition and pages of a book from which an excerpt was copied, etc.)
- A clear description of where the infringing material is located on our website, including as applicable its URL, so that we can locate the material
- Your address, telephone number and e-mail address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyrighted owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
Wire Fraud Prevention Notice
At Best of Luxury Realty Corp., safeguarding our clients’ financial information is a top priority. Please be aware that Best of Luxury Realty does not hold escrow. Best of Luxury Realty Corp, their employees, or agents will never contact you by phone or by email asking for your bank account number or to wire funds to Best of Luxury Realty Corporation for the sake of Selling or Buying Real Estate. For all wire transfers and sensitive information, clients should verify instructions directly with the attorney or title company handling the transaction—preferably by calling them at a known and trusted Phone Number from the sale and purchase contract or the company’s known website.
Criminals are increasingly targeting email accounts involved in real estate transactions — including those of attorneys, title companies, lenders, and agents — to send fraudulent invoices and wiring instructions that appear legitimate. These emails can be highly convincing and are designed to divert funds to the criminal’s account. Always confirm the legitimacy of any request involving the transfer of funds. Your awareness and caution are essential in protecting against wire fraud.
Best of Luxury Realty strongly recommends that Buyer, Seller, and their respective attorneys and others working on a transaction, refrain from placing any sensitive personal and financial information in an email, directly or through an email attachment. When there is a need to share Social Security numbers, bank accounts, credit card numbers, wiring instructions or similar sensitive information, Best of Luxury Realty strongly recommends using more secure means, such as providing the information in person, over the phone, or through secure mail or package services, whenever possible.
To protect yourself:
- Always independently verify wiring instructions by calling the title company or attorney directly at a known, trusted number.
- Do not rely on phone numbers or links provided in an email—always confirm contact details from official sources (e.g., your contract or the company’s verified website).
- Never send sensitive personal or financial information via email, including Social Security numbers, bank details, or wiring instructions.
- Use secure communication methods such as encrypted email platforms, secure file-sharing services, or direct verbal communication for sharing sensitive information.
If you receive any suspicious communications, do not click links or respond. Contact your real estate agent, title company, or attorney immediately using trusted contact information. Your vigilance is essential in preventing wire fraud.
