The sprawling compound, featuring well over 30 bedrooms and about 50 bathrooms, has been in the market for two years now but there are no takers yet.

Former Psychic Hotline Kings List Fort Lauderdale Mansion: $28M

 

The former owners of the Psychic Readers Network are predicting their waterfront Fort Lauderdale mansion could sell for $27.5 million.

Steven Feder and Lou Thomas Trosclair listed their five-bedroom, 9,295-square-foot house last week, according to Realtor.com. Feder and Trosclair are known for their psychic hotline network, which made South Florida psychic Miss Cleo famous.

Built in 2002, the three-story estate sits on a 25,380-square-foot point lot at 2501 Mercedes Drive. The property has 450 feet of waterfront, a wraparound dock, pool and gazebo.
