We are looking for a talented and energetic Florida Licensed Real Estate Assistant within close proximity to Aventura, FL to fill a dynamic role with Tracey Schmitt Group, real estate broker of Best of Luxury Realty. This is not your average desk job, this is a hands-on position that will require 50% of the time to be out on showings and build rapport with clients. Assisting in day-to-day routine tasks such as doing research on the properties, scheduling the showings, maintain daily contact with the clients, maintaining a customer database, etc. She lives and breathes client experience and prides herself in providing concierge customer service to those she serves. Tracey has been successfully managing her team for the last 14 years and has a deep passion for real estate and wants to expand and increase production with the help of a talented Admin. A Day in the Life

This is a multi-dimensional role for someone who has an eye for detail and excellent communication skills. You will support Tracey Schmit while providing a concierge-level of service to clients, making sure to maintain impeccable listing coordination for the team. On any given day, you’ll be expected to liaise with various vendors, the transaction coordinator, and serve as the gatekeeper. From scheduling photography and staging to maintaining showings and providing clients with agent feedback, you’ll have your hands in every part of the business. You will act as the key contact for clients and will provide them with notoriously impeccable service – time and time again.

Manage Deal Flow:

  • Lead the listing coordination process, provide weekly listing reports, schedule and assist with showings, schedule and attend inspections, meet with vendors at the properties, provide client care, and assist in overseeing the Contract-to-Close process.

Social Marketing Assistance:

  • You will assist and help expand marketing initiatives on social networks, advertising, and organizing lead generation and management on behalf of the team.

Support and Serve:

  • Assist the agent with prioritization, strategy, and keep the team dedicated to key tasks.
  • Draft, implement, and manage systems, checklists, and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient office flow and manage all database management.
  • Provide an executive level of administrative support to the team which includes phone and email management, calendar organization, and task management.

Required experience and knowledge:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment wearing multiple hats; if you have residential real estate experience and have supported others in this capacity, it is a plus.
  • An active Florida real estate license is required

The Details:

  • Rate of pay: $18-$25 per hour based on experience plus an opportunity for a bonus
  • Hours: Full-time, 9-6 M-F (based on business demands), some flexibility on in the evenings via phone and email.
  • Location: Aventura, FL
  • You live within a 20-minute commute to Aventura, FL.
  • You have daily access to a personal vehicle that you can drive for work-related tasks.
  • You have a driver’s license and you carry insurance.
