Seaway is the booming area of Surfside, minutes away from the new Four Seasons Surf Club, Fendi Chateau and Indian Creek Island. One of the most popular spots in Surfside is its wide stretch of beach, which is fringed by a path that passes through the surrounding dunes. Renovated hotels and new condos give Collins Avenue a modern look, but Harding Avenue hasn’t changed much. It still boasts small shops, including an old-fashioned corner drugstore and soda fountain.
