| Located in central Broward County, the City of Plantation is the 4th largest city in the county with a population of about 87,000 residents; limits with Sunrise to the northwest, to the south with Davie and to the northeast with Lauderhill. At only 8 miles from Ft. Lauderdale airport, Plantation has is all; a beautiful city with tremendous growth, stunning recreation areas, large corporations, and the most striking parks in Broward County.
The City officially adopted the slogan “The Grass is Greener” in 22.8 square miles of the greenest yards conceivable. The houses are picturesque and well maintained the architectural style in most cases, are as varied as its population.
