Is literally the smaller city in Broward County, comprises only of 13 houses, located north of the Middle River within Wilton Manors, with an approximate area of 620,000 square feet and a population of 39 residents in 12 households.

Most of their services are provided by the City of Wilton Manors and the County. The closest elementary school is actually outside the boundaries but the average school class is 21 students, providing a better than average, interaction between teachers and students.
Conveniently located at just 2 miles from Fort Lauderdale, Lazy Lake is close to all mayor highways, shopping areas and entertainment venues that the City and surrounding beaches of Fort Lauderdale have to offer.
